Cozy 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people in Guardamar, a charming town on the Alicante coast, we highlight its beautiful fine sand beach with 15 km of beach ideal for long walks, the Dña Sofia park, surrounded by pine trees where to spend A nice afternoon with the children, it has a kiosk to have a snack and have a beer under the shade of the pines, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to spend a nice vacation 300 meters from the beach and in a quiet area with restaurants, cafes, supermarket. It also has a terrace where you can have lunch, dinner, or hang out.
It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, and toaster. Fully equipped to spend a good and satisfactory stay. It also has a DTT television and an elevator in the building to facilitate accessibility.
Guardamar 10 km from the Laguna Salada de la Mata, if you like hiking, you have several routes to do the longest is 4.30 hours, but you have routes of 1 hour, it is a beautiful walk, where you can observe migratory birds.
