COVID-19: Fidalsa's new measures in all our accommodations

Due to the difficult situation caused by COVID-19, we are implementing a series of new measures to protect the health of our clients, team and community in general.

Book your holidays or your stays with complete peace of mind. If you cannot travel due to a positive in a PCR, you can cancel for free, if the reservation is made through the portal.

Free cancellation for COVID

The cleaning of all our accommodations is done with professional companies in the sector. We follow the same cleaning and home maintenance standards as in a hotel. This allows us to access specialized cleaning products that can change according to needs or regulations.

Cleaning protocols

  • Incorporation of new additional disinfectants to our usual cleaning processes. These products are used for surfaces categorized as "high contagion", among which we find electrical appliances, controls, telephones, furniture, doorknobs and all countertops.
  • Before each search, all utensils are washed at high temperatures, which is the most effective way to ensure proper cleaning.
  • We remember that all the cleaning of towels and sheets are sent to industrial laundries where they are washed at high temperatures.
  • Our team is applying the prevention measures indicated by the authorities such as social distance or the use of masks.

24/7 special assistance

Our 24/7 team is in continuous training on the new action protocols to be able to address the needs and concerns of each of our clients.


It has been necessary to take measures related to our commercial offices, for this reason, from March 16, 2020 all our offices are closed to the public and all attention will be via phone, email or whats up. Flexibility of our reservation policy:

At Fidalsa we are flexible about changes for our 2020 reservations as long as they are requested 1 month in advance. The date of the reservation can be changed, up to 12 months, so that when this has happened, you can enjoy your stay in our accommodations.
